If a guardian is having trouble seeing school activity data in Qustodio, it may be one of the following reasons:
Before you begin
- You must have permission to manage Linewize Parent.
Check if guardian is connected or restricted
- Go to Linewize Filter > Parent > Parent Management.
- Search the guardian’s name or email address to see which students are connected or restricted.
Check if student is in an exclusion list
- Go to Linewize Filter > Parent > Parental Controls > Manage Timeline Exclusions.
- Check for the student’s group or username in the exclusion list.
Check Share Student Usage and Insights checkbox
- Go to Linewize Filter > Parent > Parental Controls.
- Ensure the Share Student Usage and Insights checkbox is selected.
Check Data Sharing Time
- Go to Linewize Filter > Parent > Parental Controls.
- Ensure the Data Sharing Time is set to All Time or School Time Only.

If the guardian still can’t see the school activity data after completing these steps, contact Linewize Support.
