A parent or guardian tried to create a Qustodio account using your invitation link but got this error message:
“This doesn’t seem to match the email your school sent the invite to.”
This happens because they tried to register with an email address that differs from the one in Linewize Filter. In Linewize Filter, go to Parent > Parent Management. The email addresses must match.
Before you begin
- You must have permission to manage Linewize Parent.
Solution
You need to make the email addresses match. You can either:
- Check their email address in Linewize Filter > Parent > Parent Management. Ask them to register a Qustodio account using that email address.
- Update their email address in Linewize Filter.
If the parent or guardian still gets this error after you confirm the email addresses match, contact Linewize Support for help.
