Parent or guardian can’t register for Qustodio because their email doesn’t seem to match

Issue

A parent or guardian tried to create a Qustodio account using your invitation link but got this error message:

“This doesn’t seem to match the email your school sent the invite to.”

Cause

They tried to register with an email address that is different to their email address in School Manager > Parent Management. The email addresses must match.

Solution

You need to make the email addresses match. You can either:

1. Check their email address in School Manager > Parent Management. Ask them to register a Qustodio account using that email address.
2. Update their email address in School Manager.

If the parent or guardian still gets this error after you confirm the email addresses match, contact Linewize Support for help.
