You can use Advanced Search to check which specific versions of Linewize Connect are on users' devices.
Before you begin
You must have access to Reports in Linewize Filter.
Check Connect version
In Linewize Filter, go to Reports > Advanced Search.
Select the From Date field.
Select Presets and then select Last 7 days.
Select the Agent field, then select the arrow next to the is field and select contains from the dropdown.

For the type of Connect you want to check, in the any value field, enter one or more of these values:
Chrome devices: “chrome”.
Windows devices: “windows”.
macOS devices: “darwin”.
Select Load (refresh arrow icon) at the top right to see your results.
