You can use Advanced Search to check which specific versions of Linewize Connect are on users' devices.
Before you begin
- You must have access to Reports in Linewize Filter.
Check Connect version
- In Linewize Filter, go to Reports > Advanced Search.
- Select the From Date field.
- Select Presets and then select Last 7 days.
- Select the Agent field, then select the arrow next to the is field and select contains from the dropdown.
- For the type of Connect you want to check, in the any value field, enter one or more of these values:
- Chrome devices: “chrome”.
- Windows devices: “windows”.
- macOS devices: “darwin”.
- iOS devices: “ios”.
- Select Load (refresh arrow icon) at the top right to see your results.
