Download Advanced Search data from Linewize Filter

You can download your Advanced Search results for reporting or record keeping.

Before you begin

• You must have access to Reports in Linewize Filter.

Download Advanced Search data

1. Hover over the Search Results.
   Hover over the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner.
2. Select the Tile actions.
3. Select Download data.
4. Select a Format.
   
   We recommend selecting TXT (tab-separated values), Excel Spreadsheet or CSV (Comma Separated Values) for the best access to all results.
5. Select Advanced data options > All results in Number of rows to include.
   
   We do not recommend selecting Current result table. You will only save the 500 search results currently visible in the preview.
6. Select Download.
7. Open the downloaded data in a spreadsheet or database application.
