This article is for all School Manager users.
Before You Start
The URL you use to sign in to School Manager is based on your region. Use this list to find the web address you will use to sign in.

The following steps do not apply to users signing in with a Google account. Please contact your school's IT support if you need to reset your Gmail password or cannot log in to School Manager using your Gmail sign-in.
Resetting Your Password
- Go to your School Manager login page and select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and select Send Reset Link.
- Close the "Check your email" confirmation window.
- You will receive an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org". Select Reset password.
If your password reset link has expired, you must request a new link again.
- Type in your new password. Your password will need to be at least 16 characters long (see our Password Tips).
If you don’t receive a reset email, confirm you entered the correct email address or check your spam folder before contacting your IT support for assistance.
