Before You Start
The URL you use to sign into to School Manager is based on your region. Use this list to find the web address you will use to sign in.

Important for logins using Gmail and Google
The following steps do not apply to users signing in with a Google account. Please contact your IT Administrator if you need to reset your Gmail password or cannot login in to School Manager using your Gmail sign in.
Resetting Your Password
- Go to your School Manager login page and select Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email address and select Send Reset Link.
- Close the "Check your email" confirmation window.
- You will receive an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org". Click the Reset password link.
- Type in your new password. Your password will need to be at least 16 characters long (see our Password Tips).
If you don’t receive a reset email, please confirm you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder before contacting your IT Administrator for help.
