You can change your password regularly to help keep your users’ data and systems secure.
If you need to reset your password without signing in, see Reset a forgotten password.
Important
If you’re signing in to Linewize Filter using a Google or Microsoft account, the following steps do not apply. To change your password, see Google Help or Microsoft Support.
- Sign in to Linewize Filter.
- In the top right corner of the screen, select the avatar icon and then select My account settings.
- Select Change Password.
- Check for a Reset your Linewize password email.
Tip
If you don’t receive a reset email, confirm your Linewize Filter email address and check your spam folder before contacting your IT Support for help.
- Confirm the password reset by selecting the click here link.
- Enter the same 12-character password in the password boxes. See Password Tips for strong password recommendations.
- Select Set Password.
