Linewize Filter Owner/Global Administrators can use Linewize Filter to provide feedback about the Academy and Academy content. You can also ask for new content or changes to existing content. Your feedback goes to the team that creates and maintains the Academy and Academy content.
Classwize users can also leave feedback on specific courses and videos directly in the Academy.
Before you begin
- Academy content is best for schools using Linewize Connect for Chrome or Linewize Companion Mode. Schools using Connect for macOS or Connect for Windows may find that training doesn't fully reflect their users’ experience.
- You must have a Linewize Filter account with the Owner/Global Administrator role.
Leave feedback or make a request
- Sign in to Linewize Filter.
- Go to Product Training > Overview.
- On the Product Training Feedback panel, select a number that reflects how satisfied you are with the Academy.
- In Comments, enter your comments, feedback, or requests.
- Select Share feedback.
