You can check the details for all Bypass Codes created in Linewize Filter or Classwize, as well as which users used each Bypass Code.
Before you begin
- You must have access to Filtering in Linewize Filter.
Check Bypass Code details
In Linewize Filter, go to Filtering > Bypass Codes > Available. The list will show:
- Code: Bypass Code.
- Created By: Username of the person who made the code, as shown in Linewize Filter (in Configuration > Users and Groups).
- Creation: Date and time the code was made.
- Expiry: Date and time the code expires.
- Status: Expired, or if the code has not expired, you can select Expire Now to expire the code manually.
Check which users used a Bypass Code
In Linewize Filter, go to Filtering > Bypass Codes > Active. The list will show:
- Code: Bypass Code.
- Username: Username of the person who used the code, as shown in Linewize Filter (in Configuration > Users and Groups).
- IP: IP address of the device (if applicable).
- MAC: MAC Address of the device (if applicable).
- Chrome ID: Chrome ID of the device (if applicable).
- Activation: Date and time the code was used.
- Expiry: Date and time the code expired.
- Status: Expired, or if the code has not expired, you can select Expire Now to expire the code manually.
