Turn off Connect for Off Linewize Filter Network Windows BYOD devices

This article explains how to turn off Connect for Off Linewize Filter Network BYOD devices using Bypass Filtering Groups while ensuring managed devices remain filtered 24/7.

To turn off Connect for Off Linewize Filter Network BYOD devices:

1. Contact Linewize Support to turn on the Bypass Filtering Groups feature.
2. In your directory service, create a group containing the users who own Windows BYOD devices.
3. Go to Configuration > Mobile Agent. Under the Off Linewize Filter Network section, add the created group to the Bypass Filtering Group dropdown. Select Save.
4. Test filtering on the school network, then switch to a non-Linewize network such as a hotspot to confirm that Connect stops filtering the BYOD device. If you are experiencing issues, contact Linewize Support.
