Linewize Connect works differently depending on the Filtering Mode set in Linewize Filter, and some Connect features only work with specific Filtering Modes. Filtering Modes differ depending on whether the user’s device connects to the Linewize Filter Network.
If you have a Linewize Filter appliance, check the On Network and Off Network settings. If your school uses Cloud filtering, check the Off Network settings.
Check Filtering Mode settings
- In Linewize Filter, go to Configuration > Mobile Agent.
- In the On/Off Linewize Filter Network Section, check the Default Filtering Mode.
- (Optional) Change Filtering Mode for Linewize Connect.
