Devices enter Fallback Filtering on Microsoft Edge v130

Microsoft Edge update version 130.0.2849.46 causes Connect for Windows to enter Fallback Mode, stopping correct filtering of student devices when Companion Mode is on. No other Connect versions or configurations are affected.

If your school is experiencing this issue, we recommend upgrading Microsoft Edge to version 130.0.2849.56 or higher.

To upgrade Microsoft Edge to version 130.0.2849.56 or higher:

1. Confirm if your devices have updated to the latest version by checking the Microsoft Edge update page.
2. If your devices are not on the latest version, update Edge to the next available version.
3. If no update is available, roll back Edge to a previous version.
