Help parents or guardians update their details in Qustodio

This article is for IT Support at schools using Linewize Community.

If a parent or guardian needs to update their details in Qustodio, use the following steps:

Warning

To use Linewize Community features, parent and guardian details in School Manager must match those in the Qustodio app.

  1. Advise them to go to Qustodio > Account.
  2. Here they can change their name and email address.
  3. Ensure these details are updated in School Manager.
