Deploy Content-aware Module using Microsoft Intune

This article provides instructions for deploying Content Aware to Windows Companion Mode devices using Microsoft Intune.

Before you begin

• Deploy Connect for Chrome v3 to all devices.
• Add the Content Aware ports and domains to your school's firewall allowlist.
• Set up Content Aware in Linewize Filter.

Deploy Content Aware using Microsoft Intune

1. Sign in to portal.azure.com
2. Go to Devices > Configuration.
3. Select Create.
4. Select Administrative Template.

For Microsoft Edge

1. Select Control which extensions are installed silently.
2. Select Enabled > Add.
3. Paste your Content Aware Extension ID and Download URL from Linewize Filter separated by a semicolon (;).
   
   For example:
   epkahbohdeajpadlmelfkenmoeblkpem;https://download.qoria.com/browser/APPLIANCEID 
4. Select Configure extension, app, and user script install sources.
5. Select Enabled > Add https://download.qoria.com/browser/*
   
   

For Google Chrome

1. Select Configure the list of force-installed apps and extensions.
2. Select Enabled > Add. 
3. Paste your Content Aware Extension ID and Download URL from Linewize Filter separated by a semicolon (;).
   
   For example:
   epkahbohdeajpadlmelfkenmoeblkpem;https://download.qoria.com/browser/APPLIANCEID 
4. Select Configure extension, app, and user script install sources.
5. Select Enabled > Add https://download.qoria.com/browser/*
