Deploy Content-aware Module using Google Admin

This article is for IT Support. 

After speaking with your Linewize Success or Account Manager, Linewize Support will turn on the feature. Once activated, you can access the Content Aware page in School Manager to set up and deploy Content Aware.

Before you begin

 

Deploy the Content Aware Extension

  1. Sign in to Google Admin with your Super Administrator credentials.
  2. Go to Devices > Chrome > Apps and extensions > Users & browsers.
  3. Select the OU you want to deploy the extension.
  4. Select the + icon in the bottom right and select Add Chrome app or extension by ID.
  5. From the dropdown, select From a Custom URL.
    1. Paste your Content Aware Extension ID (from School Manager > Configuration > Agent Download) into this field.
    2. Paste your Download URL from School Manager into the URL field.
    3. Select Save.
  6. For the Installation policy, select Force install + pin.
  7. Change Update URL to Installation URL.
  8. Select Save in the top right corner.
