Onboard your parents and guardians to Community

After setting up Community, reach out to your Linewize Success Manager for assistance in promoting Qustodio to your parents and guardians. Parents and guardians will need to create a Qustodio account to activate the connection with their children and access Community features.

When a parent or guardian creates a Qustodio account using your school's link, School Manager automatically checks if the email address matches one of the parents or guardians details in the system. If there’s a match, School Manager connects the parent or guardian and grants them access to Community features.

Qustodio signup process

Creating a new Qustodio account is simple, but you must highlight two important points to your parents and guardians.

Parents and guardians must:

1. Use the signup link to create their Qustodio account AND
2. Use the same email address as the one you have loaded into School Manager.

If they do not use the correct email address, their account will not be verified in Community.
