Configuring the School Calendar in SCP

The Calendar in School Community Platform (SCP) allows you to set your school days and rest days for the entire school year. You can add or edit school and rest days individually or in bulk.

Configuring a Single Day

To configure a single day in your school’s calendar:

1. In School Community Platform (SCP), navigate to Settings > Calendar.
2. Select the Year Group from the Year Level drop-down list. 
3. Use the arrows to navigate to the month you want to change.Hover over the day you want to change. You can change it to a Rest day or a School Day

Configuring Multiple Days

To configure multiple days in your school’s calendar:

1. In School Community Platform (SCP), navigate to Settings > Calendar.
2. Select the Year Group from the Year Level drop-down list. 
3. Select Add School Days or Add Rest Days. 
4. Enter in the Dates you want to add.
5. Select the Repeat every year checkbox if you want the days to be repeated every year. 
6. Select Save.
