Important

We will be retiring School Community Platform (SCP) on June 30, 2023. Between now and then, we encourage you to contact Linewize Support to discuss if Linewize Community is suitable for your school.

This article is intended for IT support.

This article is for schools that use School Community Platform (SCP). Alerts are a feature used to let you know when a student’s take-home devices may no longer be fully filtered or managed by your school. This article explains what the different alerts mean and if you need to take any action.

Viewing the alerts in SCP

  1. In SCP, go to Users > Students.

  1. If an Alert icon appears next to a student's name, select the student.

  1. On the Devices section, the alert will appear next to the relevant device.
