We will be retiring School Community Platform (SCP) on June 30, 2023. Between now and then, we encourage you to contact Linewize Support to discuss if Linewize Community is suitable for your school.

This article is intended for IT support.

The Unlink Students feature allows you to remove students who have left your school or who have been incorrectly linked so that you can’t see them in your School Community Platform (SCP).

Unlinking individual students

You can unlink individual students through the student record in SCP.

  1. Go to Users > Students

  1. Search for the student using the search bar or from the list

  1. Select the student's name, then scroll down to the Options section and select Unlink

  1. Select a reason for unlinking using the dropdown, reasons include:
    • User is not a member of the school
    • User is no longer a member of the school
    • Student records was duplicated
    • School no longer supports filtering by Family Zone
