Updating a Student's Year Group in SCP

Important

We will be retiring School Community Platform (SCP) on June 30, 2023. Between now and then, we encourage you to contact Linewize Support to discuss if Linewize Community is suitable for your school.

This article is for IT support. 

Info

At this stage, there is no bulk action to update the year group.

  1. In School Community Platform (SCP), go to Users > Students 

 

  1. Search for the student using the search bar or from the list

 

  1. Select the Student

 

  1. Select the correct Year Group from the drop-down list

 

  1. Select Yes on the warning pop up
