Viewing a Student's Details in SCP

In the School Community Platform (SCP), you can view and manage student information, such as:

• User Information: the details of the user, including their first name, last name, user type, external ID and Student ID.
• Status: the status of the parent's account and the student
• Policies: the policy information for the student, you are also able to change the SCP year group for the student
• Devices: the list of devices that have Connect installed and activated. It also shows any current alerts for the devices
• Apps: contains a link to the apps page for the student
• Alerts: shows if the student has a parental override in place
• Options: allows you to unlink the student's account from the school

Viewing a Student's Details

1. In School Community Platform (SCP), go to Users > Students 

2. Search for the student on the search bar or locate them on from the list.

3. Select the Student’s name. The screen will show the user’s details.

4. You will now be able to see the student's details
