Signing in to School Manager

This article is for all School Manager users.

Signing in to School Manager for the first time

When your school’s IT Support creates your account, you will receive a confirmation email from “noreply@linewize.com”. The email will include your email address and a temporary password.

  1. Open the “Linewize account created” email from “noreply@linewize.com”.
  2. Copy or make a note of your Temporary Password.
  3. Select the “Please click here …” link to verify your account.
  4. Select the Log In button on the Account Verified page.
  5. Enter your Email Address and Temporary Password and select Sign In. Alternatively, select Sign in with Google if your school uses Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
  6. Select your Device Name or Device ID from the list.

Changing Your Temporary Password

Change your temporary password immediately after signing in for the first time. If you signed in with Google SSO, you do not need to reset your Google password.

  1. Select the User icon at the top-right corner of your window.
  2. Select My account settings.
  3. Enter a secure password, at least 16 characters long, into the Password field (read Password Tips for more information).
  4. Enter the password again into Confirm Password.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Select Devices from the left menu, then select your Device Name to start using School Manager.
