An authorized contact person from your school or district can ask your Linewize Success or Account Manager for a list of users who have completed certified Classwize training courses. If you’re not sure who the authorized contact people are at your school, contact your IT support team.
The Academy tracks which Classwize users have completed each certified course, and when they completed the course. Users who complete a certified course will also receive a time-stamped certificate. The Academy does not track which users have watched training videos.
Authorized contact: asking for completion data
Email your Linewize Success or Account Manager and include these details:
- Subject: Academy Classwize Course Completions
- Body:
- Courses: State that you want data for all courses, or list the specific courses you want data for.
- Date range: Define the time period (e.g. “the past quarter”) or date range (e.g. “20 August 2025 to 30 September 2025”) you want data for.
