This article is for IT Support at schools using Linewize Community.
If a parent or guardian is having trouble seeing school activity data in Qustodio, it may be one of the following reasons:
Check if parent is connected to student
- Go to School Manager > Configuration > Community > Parent Management.
- Search the parent or guardian’s name or email address to see which students are connected to them.
Check if student is on an exclusion list
- Go to School Manager > Configuration > Community > Configure Community > Manage Timeline Exclusions.
- Check for the student’s group or username in the exclusion list.
Check Share Student Usage and Insights checkbox
- Go to School Manager > Configuration > Community > Configure Community
- Ensure the Share Student Usage and Insights checkbox is selected.
Check Data Sharing Time
- Go to School Manager > Configuration > Community > Configure Community
- Ensure the Data Sharing Time is set to All Time or School Time Only.
Important
If the parent or guardian still can’t see the school activity data after completing these steps, contact Linewize Support.
