This article is for IT Support at schools using Linewize Community.
If a parent or guardian pauses a student's internet during school hours while your school has not intended for this.
In School Manager, check the following:
- Go to Configuration > Community > Configure Community.
- Under Pause Internet, ensure that Allow Pause Outside School Hours is selected.
Go to Configuration > Calendar and confirm the correct days and times are set. If the Calendar is correct, contact Linewize Support.
