Direct these parents or guardians to the Qustodio Support contact form.
They can also use Qustodio’s Help Center: help.qustodio.com. The Help Center contains helpful guides and information about how to set up and use Qustodio.
Parents or guardians who have not yet registered with Qustodio
Tell these guardians to email myschool@qustodio.com. They need to provide the name of your school and details of what they want help with. myschool@qustodio.com is a special support channel just for Qustodio users at Community schools.
