How can parents or guardians get help with Qustodio?

A parent or guardian may need help with Qustodio that you can’t provide because the issue is not related to Qustodio’s Community features. For example, a parent or guardian may want help installing Qustodio on their child’s personal tablet, or want more information about an alert.

Parents or guardians who have already registered with Qustodio

Direct these parents or guardians to the Qustodio Support contact form.

They can also use Qustodio’s Help Center: help.qustodio.com. The Help Center contains useful guides and information about how to set up and use Qustodio.

Parents or guardians who have not yet registered with Qustodio

Tell these guardians to email myschool@qustodio.com. They need to provide the name of your school along with details of what they want help with. myschool@qustodio.com is a special support channel just for Qustodio users at Community schools.
