This article is for IT Support at schools using Linewize Community.
When Parental Controls are turned on, the Apply rules on school devices toggle will appear in the Qustodio Parent app. Guardians can activate this feature to:
- Set custom filtering rules.
- Limit daily screen time on the device.
- Control device usage during specific time periods.
Once active, Parental Controls will be turned on outside of school hours. School Manager will reflect this by showing a Parental Control Accepted status.
To check which guardians have accepted Parental Control:
- Go to School Manager > Configuration > Community > Configure Community.
- Go to Parent Management.
- If you want to check for a specific parent, enter their name or email in the search box, and then look at the Parental Controls Accepted column.
- If you want to have a school or district-wide view, select Export Parent Data (.CSV). Open the CSV to find totals, averages, and filter the list to see which parents or guardians have turned on the feature.
