What's New
We’ve introduced a new way for you to submit website re-categorisation requests directly in Linewize Filter.
- You can now suggest a new category for a website using Category Search on the Content Filtering page.
- You can only submit one URL at a time.
- Our team will review and process requests within 24 to 48 hours.
- Only users with permission to access the Content Filtering page can use this feature.
- You can still contact Linewize Support to submit re-categorisation requests or follow up on the status of an existing request.

What's New
- We decreased the installer size by approximately 40 MB, ensuring a faster and more efficient download and installation process.
- We’ve made a minor design change to the Classwize Configuration (Configuration Classwize) page. The Exceptions field will now be known as Excluded from Classwize. There is no change in functionality; groups listed in this field will continue to be excluded from Classwize management.

Changes to the Categorization Structure (November 2023)

What's New
- As part of our ongoing effort to improve our products, we will be changing our current School Manager Category Hierarchy to streamline its structure. Linewize will automatically update your policies impacted by the Categorization Structure change. This change will not affect Objects or Object Pools, and you will not need to make any changes.

- We improved the metrics in School Manager by adding a new graph called Available Memory. This graph provides information about the available memory on a Linewize appliance.
- We simplified the performance metrics page (Debugging > Diagnostics > Performance Metrics) by removing several outdated performance metrics from the drop-down list.
